Introducing CruxAI Personal Context & Improved Safeguards
This article highlights the new Personal Context feature, along with the updated Safeguards for CruxAI and product safety.
CruxAI Summary
CruxAI now enables service-wide searches across Crux Interactive, allowing users to find files, forms, and account information through natural conversation. The feature is disabled by default with privacy controls, and includes new safeguards to prevent harmful requests.
In addition to memories and interests, where CruxAI is able to remember specific details about you across chats, Personal Context enables CruxAI to perform service-wide searches about your activity across all of Crux Interactive.
For example, you can now ask CruxAI to find specific files across Crux Cloud, like if you have a recipe for baking a cake, or if you're trying to find a picture of your pet golden retriever. In addition to this, you can ask more specific questions that CruxAI is now able to answer. Like if you have a specific Crux Form you are trying to find, the exact time stamp that you edited that form, or what questions it asks. You can also ask CruxAI suggestions about your CruxAI Sites (Crux Apps), as it now has context about your sites in regular chat. CruxAI also has information about your Crux ID, like support tickets, account history, data exports, and more. CruxAI is accessible via this link: https://ai.cruxinteractive.com
New Safeguards and Privacy Controls. We've built Personal Context with your privacy in mind. You can easily toggle this feature on or off as you please, and Personal Context is disabled by default at this time. To ensure your data remains secure and to optimize performance, CruxAI only loads relevant context when specifically necessary. At CruxAI, our goal is to ensure AI is being used responsibly and safely across our services. We've implemented some new safeguards into CruxAI to make sure that your interactions remain safe, with built-in protections that prevent CruxAI from responding to harmful requests, maintaining the highest standards of safety and responsibility.
This is just the beginning of Personal Context for CruxAI. Over the coming months, we'll continue to refine these features and roll out updates to ensure Personal Context remains useful, accurate and helpful, making your daily workflow even more seamless.
